Do you vet the cleaners?

Yes, all cleaners go through a thorough vetting process before we introduce them to you or any client. When a cleaner candidate first contacts us we’ll take them through a phone interview to determine if they’re the right type of person for the role. Following this, if the applicant appears suitable, we’ll go and visit them in their own home. We take ID and photos and follow up on references.

Do you supply materials and equipment?

The cleaner will use your materials and equipment, so you can decide exactly what to use. Many clients prefer this, because they’re very aware of various detergents they want to use (and not use) in their home. What’s more, it’s a cleaner way to clean, because your cleaner won’t take dust from one house to the next.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

That’s entirely up to you. The cleaners are vetted and happy to make an arrangement with you to hold your house keys and do the cleaning when you’re not home. You can then come back and find your home sparkling clean.

Can I change my cleaner if I’m not happy?

Yes, you can change your cleaner at any time for whatever reason. Just call us and we’ll arrange to introduce another one to you.

What if my cleaner is ill or away?

Yes, you can have a cover cleaner if you like. Just contact us and we’ll arrange it at no extra cost.

What about insurance?

Yes, the cleaners are insured whilst on your premises so you can have that peace-of-mind. This includes £1,000,000 public liability insurance which covers personal injury – just in case.
